The HR blockchain

A Blockchain is defined as, "a digital ledger in which transactions made in bitcoin or another cryptocurrency are recorded chronologically and publicly."​. We believe that knowledge in HR is our currency. By that rational, we must keep transaction of this knowledge, record it, and make it public. By doing this for the HR community, we are now promoting best practices surrounding all issues that impact our profession.  Our mission is to bring you content digitally through all forms of digital content at no cost to you.  We will interview the very best and find what makes their organizations always perform.  Why are we doing this? Because ideas are meant to be exchanged. This will cost the HR community nothing. We will not ask you for anything but perhaps your time.
