It's always been about the people....
Hello, my name is Leo Ortega and I am the Director of The HR Blockchain. I am an Austenite. Not the got here yesterday type, which we welcome, but the plus 40 years type. I am so excited to be taking part in a project that gives back to the HR Community. All of my guests have been amazing thus far. They have given me insight into the world of Human Resources from so many angles. I am married to my wonderful wife Tracye, and have two teenagers, Andrew and Morgan. If I am not traveling the country with them to lacrosse events, I am usually on the other side of a desk, trying to find clues into what people find value in. I hope one day to get to know you at one of our events. My passions include music, compulsive Podcast and VLOG binges, and Human Resources.
I work in the field of software that supports Human Resources. My greatest gratification professionally comes when I can bring more value to a client than they could ever bring to me. That line was stolen by the way…….it was just passed down the blockchain of knowledge…..
